Quality Issues Policy

 

A product is deemed damaged if it has any traces of scratches, burns, dents, cuts, stains, physical alterations etc. The presence of any damage whatsoever automatically leads to the annulment of the buyer’s right to return the product, for it is considered to be used.

Should the damages be caused by any failure to comply with the conditions of use, then the buyer’s right to warranty will also be null, in addition to the annulment of the right to return.

If in the aftermath of a return, if the product received by Flexi SRL is degraded or damaged, then the buyer will be notified that the attempt to return the product was unsuccessful and that it will be sent back to the buyer.
